Investment programme framework 2015-19 to upgrade existing housing stock to meet Scottish Housing Quality Standard and Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing.
Works are divided into four geographical areas:
(1) Cowal and Bute,
(2) Helensburgh and Lomond,
(3) Lorn and Isles,
(4) Mid-Argyll and Kintyre.
Within each area the work is divided into the following lots:
Joinery and Plumbing — Replacement windows, doors, kitchens with partial rewire, bathrooms and adapted bathrooms.
Heating and Electrical — Rewiring, heating including gas, electric, solid fuel enclosed appliances and flues, basic renewables.
Energy Insulation — internal wall insulation, loft insulation, floor insulation, room in roof insulation, cavity wall insulation including extraction if required.
