Description of the goods or services required

Scottish Enterprise seeks to set up a framework of International PR support for Scottish Development International (SDI).

SDI is a joint venture between the Scottish Government, Scottish Enterprise (SE) and Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE). It is the trade and investment arm of the joint venture partners and provides services to support inward investment and international trade for Scotland.

SDI requires a full service communications agency capable of undertaking PR and Media Relations in multiple languages/markets in Asia Pacific, to raise the profile of Scotland as an innovative nation to a C-Suite business audience and their sphere of influencers

This will be a 4 month framework with the option to extend by two 1 month periods. It is envisaged that the framework agreement will commence in March 2013.
