This tender is for a 36 month Framework agreement, with potential for a further 12 month extension to supply Translation, Interpreting and Bilingual Advocacy Services to  public bodies in East  and West Sussex and Brighton & Hove namely;
Adur & Worthing Council, Arun District Council, Brighton & Hove City Council, Brighton & Hove Primary Care Trust, Chichester District Council, Crawley Borough Council, Eastbourne Borough Council (including Eastbourne Homes Ltd), East Sussex County Council, East Sussex Downs & Weald Primary Care Trust, Hastings Borough Council, Hastings & Rother Primary Care Trust, Horsham District Council, Lewes District Council, Mid Sussex District Council, Rother District Council, Wealden District Council, West Sussex County Council, West Sussex Primary Care Trust, Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
In addition the Framework is open to all Councils in the Improvement Efficiency South East (IESE) region and all NHS bodies in East and West Sussex.
East Sussex County Council will be actioning the tender through an electronic tender system hosted by Business Information Publications (BiP).The tender will follow a two stage restricted tender process which will comprise of a Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) stage and an Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage.
In order to obtain a PQQ, suppliers are required to register on the BiP Delta website at https://www.delta-esourcing.com/delta/index.html after 9:00am on 15/03/2012 (please note that suppliers already registered on the site do not have to register again). Following registration, suppliers should log on to the Delta website, go to Response Manager and use the following access code – 93WHD29J6P- to obtain the PQQ document. Please follow all instructions provided on the website.
Completed PQQ documents should be uploaded into a secure tender box on the BiP website using the same access code. The deadline for uploading these documents is 9:00am on Saturday 14th April 2012. Suppliers invited to tender will be required to submit bids using the BiP Delta website as instructed in the tender documentation.
