Arts Council England’s new 10-year strategy ‘Lets Create’, sets out four Investment Principles to help the cultural sector understand and embrace the changes required to realise the outcomes in the strategy. Arts Council England is looking for a partner to support and challenge their thinking around the implementation of the Investment Principles and to help plan their engagement with the sector. They would like to work with a partner to help define what success looks like and to create effective interventions to inspire change. They anticipate developing a Theory of Change model, or similar tool to help understand causation and this process is already underway. They would like appointed partner to work with them to understand how they can best address and harness structural factors and theories from behavioural psychology to make change happen.
