In accordance with best procurement practice, EU and UK Procurement Directives and Regulations and Kent County Council’s Standing Orders, Commercial Services, wishes to create a Contract for the Supply and Delivery of FTE .Net Analyst Programmers and FTE Project Lead.
The Contract is for the provision of 1 (one) FTE Project Lead with a minimum 7 years’ experience and up to 5 (five) FTE .Net Analyst Programmers each with a minimum 4 years’ experience and to assist in the delivery of selected GEMS II Development modules. The FTE project lead/coordinator will also be expected to work alongside the FTE.Net Analyst Programmers as an additional resource.
