GreenSquare Group plans to deliver improvements within its customer contact centre operations and as such, intends to replace its existing telephony estate and legacy contact centre system.
This will be achieved through the deployment of integrated IP telephony, unified communications and a multi-media contact centre solution.
The new communications facilities will service a variety of communications channels including traditional telephony/voice, email, instant messaging, video, collaboration, presence and social media. The solution should be fully capable of integrating with GreenSquare’s customer relationship management solution which is supplied by Orchard Information Systems (Newcastle) and various other systems in use such as MS Outlook and MS Office.
Based on this enhanced IPT communications platform, GreenSquare’s Customers will benefit from receiving a consistent and high quality approach towards the handling of service requests at the first point of contact, no matter how they choose to contact the organisation.
The systems must work in a multi site environment supporting fixed desk based, mobile, remote and flexible working for contact centre and all other staff using a range of mobile devices.
