The University of Brighton is seeking to contract with a partner organisation to undertake a phased upgrade or replacement of its entire current telephone systems with an IP Telephony and Unified Communications Solution. The scope of this will include the detailed design, supply, implementation, commissioning, maintenance and support of the solution. The selected organisation will be required to work with the University for an initial deployment of IP Telephony and associated applications, followed by the migration of the complete voice system for all sites currently serving approximately 3 000 users.
