Description of the contract

Provision of a data warehousing system, the system should consist of: Data extraction, manipulation and loading tools. Consultancy, training and support in the setting of a data warehouse and data marts. Data visualisation and dash-board tools to make information available on the intranet and the internet. Consultancy, training and support in the development of on-line reports and dashboards. SCH will consider a hosted solution if this proves to be cost effective and if security concerns can be resolved.

Interested parties are requested to submit expresssion of interest via email to procurement@solihullcommunityhousing.org.uk Documents will be issued after the closing date of the expression of interest date 18 February 2012 Solihull Community Housing shall obtain “Comprehensive Company Reports” (credit information) from “n2check” who are a specialist credit information provider. Based on the report and the “Risk Score” assigned to the Organisation, Solihull Community Housing shall determine the economic and financial stability of the Organisation. A Risk Score that is greater than “Above Average Risk” (i.e. high, very high or extreme risk) shall be deemed to be representative of an Organisation that gives rise to concerns that they may not complete the contract because of financial difficulties.
