The tender process will consist of three (3) stages:
1. PQQ — It is our intention that a Maximum of 10 companies will progress from P.Q.Q. stage to the I.T.T. stage;
2. I.T.T. — It is our intention that a Maximum of 4 companies will progress from I.T.T. stage to Presentation stage. Please note that not all companies who are invited to tender will be asked to present;
3. Presentations — From the Maximum of 4 companies asked to present, it is the intention that a tender winner will be chosen and asked to provide the I.T. Managed Service.
