The information system will allow interrogation of patient data by all clinicians and care providers relevant to the respective patient and will also provide a facility for patients to manage their care needs by presenting data via a relevant patient portal. The system will have a data warehouse at its core holding information updated from relevant source systems managed by organisations relevant to the care of the given patient group. These interfaces will allow for two-way interoperability.

Completed PQQs must be submitted to the Authority at https://chelwest.bravosolutions.co.uk by no later than 16:00 on 19th, July, 2013. PQQs submitted after this time will not be considered.
All tender costs and liabilities incurred by economic operators shall be the sole responsibility of the economic operators and the Authority will not be liable for any part of such costs and liabilities. The Authority reserves the right to award the contract in whole, in part, or in any combination of Lots to any one or more economic operators, or to annul the tendering process at any time and not award any contract.
