- Provision of training in the use of a new Adult Care Services Information System
- Bury Council is transforming the provision of Adult Social Care by giving people more choice and control over the care that they receive. The Council is currently in the process of implementing Liquidlogic’s Protocol IAS system to support this transformation. The system will assist up to 400 users over multiple sites to effectively manage in excess of 20,000 client records.
Before this system can go live, Bury Council require a training solution that will adequately equip all system users with the skills to use this system to its full potential and make a real difference to the vulnerable adults who rely on Bury’s Adult Care Services.
It is envisaged that the successful tender will take a dual approach to this training, with a comprehensive online training system available to all staff, with this online training backed up by a number of classroom training sessions.
