Description of the goods or services requiredDesign and delivery of server infrastructure addressing: Infrastructure of both physical and virtual servers serving 210 desktops across two main and 13 subsidiary sights within Glasgow. Refresh programme of 210 desktops within the same sites over a 36 month period. Email retention and secure backup based on Microsoft technologies. A centralised Server and Desktop estate management solution. QCHA are looking to implement technologies that will provide both technical and commercial benefit to the QCHA business, thus, have chosen to standardise on the Microsoft technology stack unless there is a compelling reason to look at a different application vendor. QCHA are looking for a single strategic partner and requests that suitable companies submit a methodology for creating the implementation plan along with phase one designs for the new physical and mail infrastructures.
