The Digital Media Producer will be responsible for the design and production of the Digital Media for the new Second World War Gallery at the IWM London. This will comprise 15 No filmic AV pieces using archive and
original content, 2 No digital interactives, and offsite testing, installation, onsite testing and commissioning and robustness testing.
This role will require coordination with the client, exhibition audio-visual hardware contractor and exhibition hands-on interactives contractor.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
This is a restricted procurement process. Initial selection will be through an Extended Company Questionnaire (ECQ) to determine the tender shortlist.
The questionnaire deadline is 4.7.2019. Once evaluation has been completed, up to 6 tenderers will be shortlisted to be invited to tender.
The tender is scheduled to be issued on 5.8.2019, with a return deadline of 16.9.2019. Following tender evaluation, clarification and sign-off, the provisional appointment is scheduled to be made on 11.10.2019 and confirmed on 22.10.2019.
