JSL is developing services that will provide support for the teaching and learning of key subjects and enhance the JISC digital content offer to our FE and Skills customers. The resources for these key areas will be targeted at Level 2 and above. JSL wishes to enter into a number of agreements for procuring content to provide up to date content for new FE and Skills digital content services in line with the latest National Occupational Standards (NOS) for those areas of learning.

The Construction training service is a new service for interactive digital resources for teaching practitioners and learners in the FE and Skills sector. The specific purpose of this procurement is to ensure that the content that the service delivers remains current by meeting the latest National Occupational Standards and is mapped directly to NVQ and SVQ (levels 2 and 3) and T Level (Level 3 — Design and Planning pathway) Construction units provided by City and Guilds, Pearson, OCR and SQA.

Jisc Services Limited will incorporate a standstill periodat the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will providefull information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days,provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 article 91 provides for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
