Description of the goods or services required

Scottish Enterprise wishes to introduce a Job Evaluation Support methodology which will allow for a robust and transparent approach to be adopted in the organisation to assessing the level of jobs in SE.

SE are looking to implement some form of robust and effective job sizing approach based on an analytical job evaluation method. SE are not at this stage looking to assess all jobs across the organisation; rather it is intended that a robust and defensible approach to understanding job size relativity across the organisation be established probably by assessing a benchmark sample of roles.

It is anticipated that the total commission value to be between 30,000 GBP and 60,000 GBP over the 4 year duration of the contract.
