King Richard III Visitor Centre Trust Café – Restaurant Operator

Description

The King Richard III Visitor Centre Trust is seeking a professional and suitably experienced commercial operator or contract caterer to deliver a café and catering service at the King Richard III Visitor Centre, Leicester. The café will form an integral part of the overall visitor experience delivered by the Visitor Centre.

A commencement date of June 2014 is anticipated with official public opening July 2014 dependent upon completion of the building works including the exhibition installation. The Trust will endeavour to keep the successful tenderer informed of the progress of this work.

It is intended that the successful tenderer will be required to enter into both an operating agreement and a licence with the Trust for a period of three years.

The Trust is seeking a fixed sum from the Contractor for the duration of the term of the licence, i.e. offers are invited for payment of no less than £10,000 per annum.

This should be returned by 12.00pm on 30th April 2014 at the very latest.
