As part of the Association’s on going annual planned programme of maintenance approximately 320 to 350 kitchens are replaced per annum. The kitchen materials and supply budget is now approximately 400,000.00 GBP. The kitchen supply contract shall include all kitchen base units, wall units and worktops, sink tops and taps.
All kitchen units to be of rigid construction, pre assembled and to comply with BS EN 14749 2005 Domestic and kitchen storage units and worktops.
All kitchen sinks to be manufactured to BS EN 13310:2003 and all taps to comply with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999.
