Description

 

The equipment must be appropriate for bio-science applications in the field of electron microscopy. Features should include:
– Easy and safe handling of the square as well as the finished knives.
– Mechanical construction to achieve a balanced break.
– Vibrations free casting.
– Should be delivered ready to score and break the glass for every operation without any adjustment of micrometre drivers prior to each break.
– Equipment should intrinsically allow for symmetrical breaking; this should be very precise with no backlash.
– Breaking head should be via a clamping lever with defined clamping position.
– Simplicity of score action of glass if possible, with and auto reset for the next score.
– Breaking head which applies symmetrical force to both side of the glass.
– Breaking wheel with scale.
– High precision glass strip support.
– Facility to rotate the glass square precisely to help ensure high quality knives.
– Easy access of scoring pressure adjustment.
– Fast learning curve – very easy to learn and use.
– Any system to avoid accidental misalignment is preferred.

– You can now use the 'Messages' function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification
