Urban planning and landscape architectural services. The Council’s stage 1 bid to the heritage lottery fund “Parks for People” programme, for a community based project at Eastcote House Buildings and Gardens has been successful. The Council now seeks to commission a landscape consultancy to develop the proposals to Stage 2, for submission to the heritage lottery fund in February 2013.
As lead consultant, the consultancy will be responsible for drawing up the proposals for the capital works, both landscape and historic buildings, and coordinating the work of the other, separately appointed consultants (archaeologist and community engagement officer) into a single document for submission.

The London Borough of Hillingdon invites tenders for the appointment of a Lead Consultant relating to a heritage lottery fund project at Eastcote Gardens. The proposed contract details are:
Commencement date: 1.5.2012 (Provisional).
Expiration date: 28.2.2013.
The Council’s stage 1 bid to the heritage lottery fund “Parks for People” programme, for a community based project at Eastcote House Buildings and Gardens has been successful. The Council now seeks to commission a landscape consultancy to develop the proposals to stage 2, for submission to the heritage lottery fund in February 2013.
As lead consultant, the consultancy will be responsible for drawing up the proposals for the capital works, both landscape and historic buildings, and coordinating the work of the other, separately appointed consultants (archaeologist and community engagement officer) into a single document for submission.
