The London Borough of Enfield is seeking to appoint a contractor, through a competitive tender process, for the restoration of approx. 7 hectares of historic pleasure ground and parkland within larger Forty Hall Park (Grade II in English Heritages Register of Parks and Gardens of Special Historic Interest), parts of which are also designated as a Scheduled Monument and containing listed buildings, including the Grade I – listed Forty Hall.

To express an interest companies need to register their interest via the London Tenders Portal where they can download the PQQ. Completed PQQ’s must be submitted using the London Tenders Portal and the closing date for receipt is 12 noon on the 27 July 2012
