The requirement here is for the supply of a framework agreement that is broken into lots. It is anticipated that there will be multiple contractors awarded to each of the lots. The lots are as follows:

Contractors can price as many lots as they wish or can submit dayworks rates only. The works can be in parks, burial grounds, any amenity open space, countryside areas and paths and roadside verges. Even when bidding for a lot it is acceptable not to price every item.

Roadside works for clearing trees and scrub. There is a requirement to adequately sign and guard the works in accordance with Chapter 8 requirements. Any contractor who meets the minimum NPTC requirements shall be required to gain accreditation for this prior to commencement of works.

Lot no. 1 day works – minimum of 2 years experience as an organisation.
Lot no. 2 fabrication- minimum of 2 years experience in welding and fabrication.
Lot no. 3 vegetation control PA1 PA6A.
Lot no. 4 fencing, furniture and sports equipment. No minimum requirements.
Lot no.5 tree and Scrub a minimum of 2 staff to be qualified.
