North Dorset – Shaftesbury, Blandford, Sherborne, Sturminster Newton, Gillingham.
East Dorset – Wimborne, Cranborne, Ferndown, West Moors, Purbeck, Upton, Lytchett, Broadstone, Corfe Mullen, Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch.
West Dorset – Bridport, Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Beaminster.

In general terms all eligible customers want a similar service delivered in respect of the services, however, contractors must recognise that customers may have some differing needs and therefore will need to offer a degree of flexibility and tailoring.
The Framework Agreement has been split into 2 lots as follows:
Lot 1 Large Scale Removal & Storage Services Medium to high risk removal services carried out internally and externally. Large scale removal services will include the following services:
— IT and electrical work including cable management,
— heavy lifting,
— furniture dismantling and rebuilding configuration requirement,
— short and long term storage requirements,
— space and move planning, including h&s assessments, load assessments, risk assessments and site inspections,
— specialist lifting and moving equipment,
— specialist packaging available,
— crate management and ancillary packaging.
Individual job values estimated to be over 5 000 GBP.
Lot 2 Small Scale Removal & Storage Service These are low risk and low complexity moves carried out internally on-site and between different buildings. These are to be short term including anything from 1 hour up to 5 days. Although these moves are considerably smaller than those expected in Lot 1 the same services are required but on a much smaller scale.
— IT and electrical work including cable management,
— medium lifting,
— furniture dismantling and rebuilding configuration requirement,
— short and long term storage requirements,
— space and move planning, including H&S assessments, load assessments, risk assessments and site inspections,
— specialist lifting and moving equipment,
— specialist packaging available,
