The Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust has a requirement for laser fibers used for fragmenting stones, soft tissue incision, haemostasis and ablation in the urinary tract, and is looking to award a contract to a supplier(s) that can provide clinically suitable products while demonstrating value for money and security of supply.
As part of this tender process the Trust will be willing to consider solutions utilising the latest technology, including lasers. We believe it is essential that suppliers are innovative in their offers to the Trust which must also consider support, training and potentially maintenance of machines.
Consumables should be compatible with existing equipment although innovative purchasing options will be considered.
