Lot 1 – communication and coaching for managers.
Lot 2 – maximising attendance, disciplinary and recruitment & selection.
Lot 3 – developing leadership (‘insight into leadership’, ‘communicating with impact’, ‘leading with influence and managing performance’ and ‘leading continuous improvements and organisational change’).
