This framework covers the provision of learning and development activities in the areas of:
I) Foundation Level Management Development and Personal Effectiveness;
II) Advanced Level Leadership and Management Development and Personal Effectiveness;
II) Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI).
The specification that follows provides the details of our requirements in these areas. Some of our requirements are for individual learning interventions that we will tailor with the selected provider to meet business needs.

The value of this lot is approximately 1 480 000 GBP. In 2016-17 we ran approximately 100 courses compromising of one day and multiple day courses and programmes. Course prime locations include Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol and London.
We will appoint three providers for this lot.
This lot covers the foundation level management development for both aspiring and newly promoted team leaders. This lot also covers personal effectiveness skills development at an introductory level that can be accessed by all staff.

The value of this lot is approximately 1 200 000 GBP. In 2016-17 we ran approximately 40 courses comprising of one day and multiple day courses and programmes. Course prime locations would include Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol and London.
We will appoint three providers to this lot.
The provision this lot covers is for more experienced and competent team leaders, managers and executive managers. This includes team leaders who are still developing in their role but who may have completed all or parts of the foundation level development described in Lot 1. These interventions are therefore designed to broaden and deepen leadership and management competence.

We will appoint one provider to this lot.
This lot covers the provision of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) training and interventions across all levels of competency within the Environment Agency.

3. Responding to the tender –
Click ‘My Response’ under ‘PQQ/ ITT Details’, you can choose to ‘Create Response’ or to ‘Decline to Respond’ (please give a reason if declining).
