In order to achieve P and Ps challenging income targets and operational objectives there is a need to build significant leadership capability at all levels. We have identified some of the critical skills associated with a high level of leadership capability, these include:
Influencing;
Negotiation;
Professional confidence;
Presenting information internally and externally;
Business writing;
Coaching;
Business leadership;
Strategy development and implementation.
In recent years we have offered a range of leadership and management learning activities to staff and we would now like to bring these individual elements together so that we can take a more strategic approach to how we manage this critical area of capability building. A key output of this tender exercise will be the development of a set of relationships with a range of suppliers who have been able to gain a strong understanding of our culture, business objectives, targets and ambitions in order to provide the most effective development interventions and support.
We are seeking to set up a framework agreement to provide us with access to external expertise in three core areas. For the purposes of this tender exercise these areas will be defined as three separate Lots
Lot 1 – Provision of leadership and management coaching interventions to support the development of effective leadership behaviours and attributes;
Lot 2 – Design, development and delivery of skills and behavioural based workshops and learning interventions that support staff in becoming more effective leaders and which help build internal capability around a number of critical skills;
Lot 3 – Provision of high quality facilitation support for team and leadership group events and workshops and to build internal capacity in this area of expertise.
