The Francis Crick Programme (Leadership and Management Development Programme) is a 12 month programme made up of a series of specialist subjects highlighted below. The Programme will accommodate the release of staff for up to 1 day a month (12 days in total) over this period so face to face learning methodology must not exceed this requirement.

Delivery must be modular, demonstrating a high level of creativity and innovation in the learning and development approach utilised: integration of simulations contextual to the challenges of real time health reform will be particularly welcome.
