Description of the contract

The Cabinet Office (The Authority) is leading the Commissioning Academy programme, working with colleagues from across the public sector. The Cabinet Office is looking to appoint a suitable supplier to deliver the Cohort Leader element of the Commissioning Academy programme. The scope of the requirement includes the following: 1.1 The Authority requires Cohort Leaders to prepare and deliver eight days of the eight day programme. 1.2 Requirements include being responsible for individual cohorts through their 8 day programme, and need to be in place for the start of Wave 1, dedicated to their cohort from the start to finish. 1.3 One Cohort Leader will be required for each of the three cohorts in Wave 1. Potential Providers will have the opportunity to tender for one, two or all three cohorts (paragraph 8 in the Invitation to Tender provides information on how Tenders will be evaluated for each of the three Cohort Leaders). 1.4 As the Commissioning Academy Programme develops there will be a need for the Supplier to be flexible in terms of modifying the scope of the Programme and will need to work with the Cabinet Office Programme Manager to review necessary amendments to the Programme and the scope of the requirements. 1.5 The Potential Provider shall ensure that Delivery Partners and others such as guest speakers who are involved in the running of each programme are fully informed and have all the information they require.
