It should be noted that Network Rail does not require the ‘tools and training’ coaching companies, but a more specialist, top-end part of the coaching spectrum. The solution is intended to fast-track design and implementation.
Additionally, it is anticipated one or two coaches would be required that really understand change and previous continuous improvement experience.
The complexity and magnitude of skill required for this contract lends itself to the same individuals assigned throughout its duration.
