The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking to establish a framework with reputable, suitably experienced and qualified organisations or groups of organisations to provide an innovative, creative and flexible programme of day activities for adults with learning disabilities, including those with complex healthcare needs.
Provision must be based and delivered within the borough of Tower Hamlets for Tower Hamlets residents who have been assessed by CLDS as being eligible for Council support under the Care Act.
The procurement consists of 4 separate lots.
A bidders’ event will be held on 26.11.2019, 11.00 a.m. at Town Hall, Mulberry Place, 5 Clove Crescent, London E14 2BG.

Provision of a wide range of activities that people can participate in individually or in groups delivered in a range of premises. This must include indoor and outdoor activities and consist of activities which develop cognition, social skills, life skills, employability and physical and mental health. The programme must include participation in community activities; it must not consist solely of activities delivered in one centre in which all participants have learning disability.

This provision includes indoor and outdoor activities which develop cognition, social skills, life skills, employability and physical and mental health. The provision must not be activities where all participants have learning disability.
