In addition further services may be required to facilitate any changes required due to the upgrade or replacement of the camera(s) and/or the use of additional technology as it becomes available.

II.2.2)Information about options
Description of these options: The contract will start on the Commencement Date and will run for an initial period of 5 years and 8 months with 2 optional extension periods of two (2) years each i.e. 5 yrs, 8 mths + 2 yrs + 2 yrs. The initial period of 5 years and 8 months is to allow for a period of approx. 8 months for the Contractor to complete all required modifications prior to the Flying Season i.e. 1.3.2017. The 5 years of the initial contract period will commence from the 1.3.2017.
All optional extensions will be subject to review and satisfactory performance assessment by LPS.
