Description of the goods or services requiredAs a result of the Scottish Government’s Post-16 Review “Putting Learners at the Centre” a commitment has been made by the Boards of Ayr College, James Watt College (NAC) and Kilmarnock College to create a new College for Ayrshire. The Colleges are working towards a target date of 1 August 2013 for the launch of the new college. Consultation will commence from November 2012 and a formal document will be published in early 2013. The boards wish to appoint an advisor to undertake the legal due diligence exercise reporting to the Boards of the Colleges.
