This procurement is to establish a framework of around 5 suitably qualified and experienced legal services providers to carry out legal works on behalf of the Langstane Group as and when required. The types of work are likely to include general legal work, contractual, procurement, construction, acquisitions and conveyancing (including shared ownership), court work, governance, regulation, financial management and charity and employment law matters. Please note that applicants do not need to demonstrate expertise in all areas.
