Description of the goods or services required

Aberdeenshire Council is acting as lead authority in this procurement and as a central purchasing body on behalf of Aberdeen City Council and any Associated Body that may have a requirement for the Services.

The purpose of this ITT is to invite tenders to meet the Authorities’ requirements for the provision of the Legal Services as detailed in this ITT.

Each of the Councils will enter into its own separate Framework Agreements with the successful Tenderers. Services will be commissioned on a call off basis.

The Framework Agreement will be tendered in 3 Lots, relating to particular types of legal services. The Lots are as follows:

Lot 1 Commercial and Regulatory Law

Lot 2 General Litigation, Court of Session, Tribunals and Hearings

Lot 3 General Commercial Property
