If you are successful in being awarded the contract, Midland Hearts accounts team will check your accounts against the following Pass/Fail criteria:

— turnover of the bidding firm no less than 1,5 times the contract value.,

— cash value (balance sheet item — cash and cash equivalents) no less than 10 % of the total current assets value,

— the bidding company is a profit-making entity — prior year and last set of accounts show that the bidding firm is making a net profit year on year,

— current assets to current liabilities ratio at least greater than 1,

— debt to equity ratio to be not greater than 50 %.
