Description of the contract

The overall aim of the Skills for the Digital Economy Programme is to develop and deliver industry-led, flexible, higher level skills provision which meets the needs of Creative Media employers and freelancers living and working in West Wales, Valleys and North West Wales supporting the knowledge economy and safeguarding the performance and productivity of the sector in these regions. The project also seeks to significantly increase training opportunities for New Entrants/Junior Professionals in these regions.

Creative Skillset Cymru will undertake comprehensive annual research on the skills needs for employers and freelancers living and working in West Wales, the Valleys and North West Wales. Based on the skills priorities identified in the research, training will be tendered out for training providers to deliver.

This tender notice is an open invitation to tender by Creative Skillset Cymru to organisations with expertise in delivering training for the Creative Media industries.

If you are interested in delivering this training tender, please can you submit all documentation and evidence requested in English or in Welsh, in an A4 hard copy sealed envelope bearing only the address of the appropriate budget holder (see below) and follow the instructions as per the attached tender documents.”

Tenders received by any other method other than the above (e.g. fax or e-mail) will not be accepted

All tenders received after the closing date will be returned unopened to the contractor/supplier with an explanatory note.

We do not accept responsibility for the shortcomings of any delivery system or for any lost, delayed or defective tender responses.
