Water distribution and related services. Works related to water-distribution pipelines. Sterilisation, disinfection and hygiene devices. Water-treatment work. The pre planned maintenance and control of Legionellosis regarding domestic water plant, and associated distribution services, and air handling plant. The works includes temperature monitoring and profiling, visual condition inspections, flushing, cleaning and disinfection, and biological and chemical testing, and the maintenance of records. The plant covered includes water distribution and storage systems, heat exchangers, calorifiers, water heaters, shower heads, mixing valves, etc.
The contract duration is initially for 5 years, with an optional 1 year extension.

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
