The annual contract value of this service is estimated to be in the region of GBP 100,000 per annum. For indicative purposes the total number of buildings within the scope of this contract is approximately 215, although this figure may be subject to change and is not a confirmation nor a guarantee. Both the indicative annual contract value and scope of contract may change to reflect Wigan Council’s ongoing review of its buildings portfolio during the period of the contract. The duration of the contract will be for an initial period of three years with an option to extend for a further twelve months. Wigan Council makes no guarantee as to the volume of business offered through the contract.
