Carry out a suitable and sufficient Legionella risk assessment to approx. 314 properties over 2 year cycle to identify and assess potential sources of exposure and introduce a course of action to prevent or control any risk.
Provide an action plan with all recommended remedial actions along with timescales for works to be completed and an overall risk rating for the property.
Take outlet and storage temperatures from domestic water systems.
Take photographs to illustrate any defects or areas of concern such as dead legs, tanks, pipework etc.
Carry out an assessment of staffing procedures.
To provide a statement of risk for each property.
Provide schematic drawings of the water systems in place for complex properties such as sheltered schemes, large supported properties and offices.
Report any emergencies or issues which need to be addressed as a priority
The consultant must be flexible and committed to use the chosen software package to improve data transfer between the client and consultant.
