The Council is currently undertaking a feasibility study into the replacement of Littlehampton Swimming and Sports Centre. In addition, the Council is currently reviewing the options for the future of the Windmill Theatre and Cinema and this will be included in the contract as a provisional item at this stage. Further details will be provided during the tender process.
The contract will be for a period of 10 years with an option of a negotiated extension of up to 5 years.
The opportunity will be tendered via the Restricted route.
