Description of the contract

Mail Room services. Goods In, Post, Reprographics, Help Desk and Porterage. As part of the Private Sector consortium’s PFI contracts for HM Treasury and HM Revenue and Customs at 1 Horse Guards Road and 100 Parliament Street, contracts that have been running since 2002 and 2004 are being retendered. The future contracts will be for a maximum of 5 years, will be required to be delivered to a very high standard and will also be subject to a Payment Mechanism deduction scheme. The 2 contracts for services to HM Treasury and HM Revenue and Customs are operated as a shared service within the one building which covers around 100,000 m². All staff will require CTC security clearance before starting work. Services will be delivered directly to Lend Lease Facilities Management Ltd.
