Description of the contract

The Equality and Human Rights Commission has a dedicated Library function offering a full range of services. It currently uses OLIB 8.1 library management system, supplied/distributed by OCLC to support these responsibilities, and wishes to contract with a supplier who will be the single source of (i) third line support for our Ciphr installation, (ii) training and consultancy as required, and (iii) best practice advice and guidance concerning upgrading and patching of the systems. The supplier will also act as source of patching software and notification. Suppliers should note that the Commission is following its quotation rather than its tender process. There is no Expression of Interest stage and submissions are required by email by 13:00 Thursday 5th April. We wish to contract as soon as possible after this date as possible. The specification can be requested by emailing (with subject line ‘OLIB third party support’) procurementhelpdesk@equalityhumanrights.com.
