Apprenticeships and job opportunities through investment in local communities. This can only be realised through having a contract term longer than 4 years.
The duration of this framework is 5 years. Contracting Authorities will be able to hold mini competitions under this contract for Repair and Maintenance of major refurbishments or both.

Description of particular conditions: When executing the contract in the UK the successful tenderer will be required to comply with the recommendations of the code of practice for the elimination of racial discrimination and the promotion of equality of opportunity in employment published by the commission for racial equality. Potential providers should note that in accordance with the UK Governments policies on transparency, the Contracting Authority intenders to publish the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and the Invitation to Tender (ITT) document and the text of any Framework Agreement awarded subject to possible redactions at the discretion of the Contracting Authority.
