The contract will have an initial annual value of GBP 0,73 m for service and maintenance and GBP 1,6 m for new installations, giving a total of GBP 2,43 m per annum. Over the life of the contract this is expected to rise to GBP 3,3 m generating an average annual value of GBP 2,865 m. This is equivalent to GBP 28,65m over the 10 year life of the contract.

Description of particular conditions: The selected Service Provider will be required to offer a TUPE transfer to all qualifying staff currently engaged upon the contract. The selected Service Provider will be required to demonstrate that all employees engaged upon the contract are qualified to the appropriate requirements of any relevant Certification Bodies.
