St.Helens Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced company to install the Festive Lighting decorations in St.Helens town centre, as well as the installation and dressing of two Christmas trees.
The contract will run for an initial twelve months, with an option of two 12 month extension terms, subject to a review at the end of the initial term.
IMPORTANT: The successful contractor is required to provide evidence of compliance with the requirements of the New Roads & Street Works Act 1991 – Safety at Street Works and Road Works, and other relevant associated accreditations. This is considered to be a pass or fail element of the opportunity. If you are unable to provide this documentation – your submission will not be considered.
