Lincolnshire County Council is undertaking procurement for a Domestic Abuse Support Service under the Light Touch Regime, pursuant to Regulation 76(7) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR). The main purpose of the Domestic Abuse Support Service is to provide support to Lincolnshire residents at risk of, experiencing or affected by domestic abuse. Lincolnshire County Council along with the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner and the Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board have pooled funding to achieve the maximum annual budget of £1,655,000.
The services to be procured is a Domestic Abuse Support Service which includes a Universal Offer, Specialist support for Adults, Child and Young Persons and an outreach team to engage the hard-to-reach demographics. Please see ITT for more details.
