— Lot 4 (Wide format and signage) – 3 suppliers,
— Lot 5 (Graphics and Design) – 3 suppliers,
— Lot 6 (Photographic assignments) – 3 suppliers.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Worcestershire County Council will allow a standstill period of ten days between notifying contractors of their decision for awarding the framework agreement and entering into such agreements. During this period Worcestershire County Council will follow the requirements of the Regulations 32 and 32A of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 as amended by the public contracts (amendments) Regulations 2009 or any subsequent Amendment. Any grievances regarding non compliance with the public contracts Regulations should be raised and will be conducted in line with Part 9 of the public contracts (amendments) Regulations 2009 or any subsequent amendment.
