It is equally advised that for lot 1 that the Department of Health has only provided indicative funding for the periods 2013/2014 and further advised that the same level of indicative funding will be made available for 2014/2015. As such the contract is subject to breaks at every 12 month period to make any required adjustments, and will be continued subject to confirmation of further funding, need and performance.
Please note that the total aggregated contract value stated above includes the 36 months and the 2 x 12 month contract extensions.

The Council reserves the right to extend the scope of lot 1 Healthwatch North East Lincolnshire to include Shadow Healthwatch Activities at some date following the award of lot 1.
Please note that bidders may submit a solo bid, be part of a consortium bid, or act as a subcontractor, or partnership bid. The same organisation cannot be part of more than one submission for the same lot. So for example, if you submit a solo bid for lot 1 you cannot also be part of a consortium bid for lot 1. The same bidder can however be involved in one bid for each lot.
