The London Borough of Lambeth seeks to appoint a developer partner to secure statutory consents, design and deliver a mixed use campus (of circa 15 000 – 20 000 sq m) to include new civic and office accommodation based around the iconic Lambeth Town Hall in Brixton, London SW2. In addition to the civic accommodation the campus includes the opportunity to develop a range of revenue producing residential and commercial uses. Following the Council’s rationalisation into the new campus additional revenue producing assets will be available to the developer.
