The Lead Authority sought proposals for the provision of Cycle Training and Support Services by means of a public tender exercise. The London Borough of Enfield (the ‘Lead Authority’), and The London Borough of Haringey (jointly the ‘Authorities’) are seeking to appoint a single economic operator (‘Provider’) for the provision of Cycle Training and Support Services (‘Services’). A framework agreement (‘Framework’) shall be entered into by the Authorities and the successful Provider and call-off contracts (‘Call-Off Contract’) may, then, subsequently be entered into.
